Jesus Reads From Isaiah

Jesus announces that the scripture of Isaiah has been fulfilled, and it ushers a new set of laws, no longer Moses' laws of the old testament, but God's law through Jesus. This is why the laws of Dueteronomy and Leviticus are no longer necessary. Jesus said, "Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man." So, it is no longer eating shellfish or pork that defiles a man, but it is a man's unclean actions, such as selfishness and judging others that defile him. It's what's in your heart that matters, and your intent.
