As the video said, it is not a certain segment of people responsible for spreading HIV, but the lack of responsible people generally that is spreading it. It was stressed in the video that condoms do work against transmittion of HIV in all sex activities, but since HIV is most easily transmitted through anal sex, it is wise to use one for this kind of activity. Oral sex is the least easy way to get HIV because of the enzimes in the mouth and the delicate nature of HIV virus.
