Miss California Teen USA Crown Dedicated To 'Love Is Louder'
The Miss California USA organization and INTA Gems & Diamonds dedicating the newly designed Miss California Teen USA crown designed by Peter Young to the Love is Louder movement founded by Brittany Snow, MTV and the Jed Foundation to support kids being bullied and harassed.
